I remember we weren’t even sure until after that first voting day when the vote tag trended worldwide and the data started pouring in. And then there were all those “who is BTS??” Tweets from locals Suddenly we were like “HOLY SH!T we might be able to do actually do this!”

Then when it looked like they might actually be invited and all the other fandoms were making those stupid think-pieces calling us dumb for working so hard, and I wrote this thread that we should just ignore them because if we could get them on that stage somehow they’d blow up.
