While everyone is supporting healthcare workers in hospitals and LTC, it is also important to remember all the Health Care workers caring for people in their own homes. Remember home care policies that kept people out of LTC or hospitals. 1/4

These policies rely on workers who are non-union traveling from home to home sometimes on public transit. These workers rarely see a “boss” to give them support or even a mask. These workers provide essential care , but are often forgotten 2/4

Forgotten by everyone but the patients in their homes who rely on them desperately to get a shower, get out of bed or ensure they stay alive overnight. These healthcare workers and their patients have been forgotten in this Covid chaos 3/4

Us patients who depend on them want to know how/if @fordnation and @celliottability are keeping home are patients and staff safe. Are you limiting the homes they travel between or being transparent about which peoples homes have COVID. Are other clients being informed?
