See, here& #39;s the thing. The library shouldn& #39;t be gaining/losing available funds based on the physical location being temporarily closed. The library doesn& #39;t "make" money by being physically open.

A few public library admins/directors have responded to this - they provide some helpful local context for *their* situation.
While I certainly don& #39;t expect anyone to be happy about this after learning more, I do think it is valuable to have as much information as possible.
