This song means a lot to me, because I can sort of look at it as being allegorical to everyday an Christian lifestyle, even though it's from the point of view of the guy dying next to Jesus on a cross... In a way, we're all thief's & murderers if we don't accept Jesus...

or we might as well be, since sin is sin. We can't remember all the bad things we've ever done and it's been a really really hard life.. then somebody tells us about the power of Jesus, & while the world tells us "No! worship money, worship power, worship sex" or what have you,

we choose HIM, and even though we've committed some great sin he still forgives us due to his undying love. Praise Him! #HeIsRisen #ThirdDay
