Duration of contract: 2 years
Non compete clause - Active (you cannot enter into another distribution deal within the 2yrs)
The contract is on auto renew so you have to write them to discontinue after two years.
They take 30% of revenue and they payout at $200 (N73,400)

You have the option to ask them to pitch your songs for play listing.
They will not promote the songs, you should have your own marketing budget.
