if you make less than roughly $65,000 a year you potentially could make MORE money a week by filing for unemployment right now than you would make actually working.. can someone make this make sense to me
I am not saying that unemployment benefits are not needed right now. I was just curious & did a little math based on my state’s benefits. I would make MORE right now by filing unemployment than working? why couldn’t the government just say hey we are gonna match your check?
this math is based on state’s that offer 45-50% of your regular pay on unemployment with the added $600 a week from the stimulus bill
