I've had the opportunity to talk to the chief of Cabiao PNP, and he dismissed the allegations that he red tagged me (my ex-teacher said he did). Apparently, he even said to my former teacher that her accusations of cyber libel against me have no basis. (1/n)

According to him, the statement "hayaan na lang yan magpost ng magpost para damputin namin" was just made up by my former teacher to coerce me to do the public apology.

Major Calauad also said that they have no intentions of arresting me as there are no valid reasons to do so. He also said that they are planning to file an administrative case against my former teacher.

Meanwhile, I do acknowledge and thank the support of numerous people and organizations. However, I want to clarify some statements that are circulating around the media. (Believe me that I tried to, however, it was too big to handle anymore)

On April 5, RedWire posted in their Facebook page that I was harrassed by barangay officials to do the public apology. But I wasn't. My mother is a barangay tanod, and we are accommodated by the barangay officials. No coercion from them was done.

I asked RedWire's EIC to edit the news article, however, they only changed the lead part; leaving the remaining of the article stating the misleading facts.

Sadly, the report from RedWire became the source of numerous news agencies and organizations. I tried to clarify to some media outfits that RedWire has erred in their news report. Unfortunately, the issue has blown up with misleading statements.

Here is what I have saved from the original post of Redwire.

Many organizations (I've lost count) has cited RedWire's article, which lead to this whole thing blowing up. I think RedWire should own up to the misleading statement they have published.

Thankfully, some media outfits and organizations contacted me first before publishing their articles. I've had the opportunity to clarify some questions and have tried my best to tell my side of the story.

I am VERY thankful for the support. I was not able to answer majority of the messages sent to me on my social media accounts but rest assured that I am doing fine right now. I am safe.

I hope that this will be the last time that I'll speak about this matter. Honestly, what has happened to me is degrading, exhausting and very disappointing.

My family and I decided that we will not pursue any case towards those teachers for our own peace of mind. However if something happens, we are ready. Thank you po!
