My favourite grounding practice: gardening! This is going to be a thread of stuffs that I have been planting so far ✨🌱✨
Cherry tomatoes! 🍅
Bunga telang from the seeds of the bush at my lawn.
Chillies 🌶✨
Beans! I’m not sure if it’s kidney bean or something, because pretty sure it was dead a while back. But hey, welcome back 🌱✨
Lettuce 🥬 Some of the seeds in other holes doesn’t make it, so I took them and clean them up! 🌱✨
Tomatoes! These are from tomato seeds in the fruit 🍅 itself! These was done put in the cup earlier this week and look at them today 🌱✨
I bought some succulents from greenplantsociaty on Shoppee. Super cheap, and efficient too. This is Pink Lady 🌱✨
This is Peperomia Graveolens 🌱✨
We have Jelly Beans hihi 🌱
This is Blue Echeveria ✨
And pothos of course 🌱
I use PictureThis app to identify and find tips about plants 🌱
Trying to plant herbs 🌿 now. I have oregano, thyme, rosemary and spearmint seeds. And now waiting for seedling soil to arrive to work on other seeds weeee
Here’s my biggest nightmare, my tomatoes wilted because there’s lack of soil, the roots started appearing... I’m devastated because I ordered my gardening supplies a week ago and they still haven’t reached me. I’m trying so hard not to break down right now...
The lettuce has grown so much bigger! Not yet ready to be harvested though, but I’m happy that we made it through 🌿✨

They loved the sun ☀️, water 💦 and some compost water I’ve given a week and half ago. This feels amazing 😭
I’m bad at labelling my plants, I guess this could be spearmint. I tried to germinate rosemary, oregano and thyme but they are nowhere to be seen, yet! 🌿
Ali found this tree from our neighbour. From the picturethis app, we figured out it could be catmint. Kek Batik hangs out here quite often, I guess that’s right? Some babies appeared after I put them in the pot 🥰✨
Repotted tomatoes into one pot each. Tomatoes can grow really big and hey have lots of sensitive roots. To compete, they will have to grow taller than each other. Today there is some white spots on the leaf, most likely because there is a lot of ants. I cut down the dead leaves.
Taurus season will bless these plants 🌿✨

When I quit my job in November last year, I told myself I’ll start gardening and plant edibles garden. And start eating more vegetables. I’m really excited to see these plants grow 🥰✨
Shoutout to Ali for prepping the compost. We threw our leftover in a compost bin under the sink, with one part of brown (soil) and three parts of others. Every 2 weeks there will be some water coming out from the waste 💦🌿
I mix the highly acidic compost water to 3-5 part of water. If the soil get too acidic, it would kill the plants instead, so adding water would make it less sting. But it stinks so brace your nose 😭
Sometimes after repotting I will have extra unused soil. But mostly these soil have lose their nutrients due to previous use. I add the pure compost water to them, let the water soak for a day and dry under the sun, then use the soil again. Good as new! 🌿✨
