Seeing a lot of these companies right now:

Group A. Web/mobile app firms with cashflow problems and staring at layoffs

Group B. Product companies with hiring freezes but large roadmaps

Wondering - Can't B give small projects to A to create a win-win?

I think yes.

If companies in group A can offer good quality at a nominal price, it can generate demand from many companies in group B that normally don't outsource (like us at @CutshortHQ)

There are other signficant benefits for group B in these times of Covid-19:

1. No hiring or training effort
2. No team building effort. You get pre-built teams!
3. Stay lean. No fixed cost.
