Hello, https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="👋🏾" title="Waving hand (medium dark skin tone)" aria-label="Emoji: Waving hand (medium dark skin tone)">. How are we all keeping it together in these times? We know it must suck to not be able to travel and do all the amazing things we had planned for 2020. Who would have ever thought staying home might be this nerve racking?
Rumour has it that we even entered the year through the back door https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🚪" title="Door" aria-label="Emoji: Door">. But, maybe this year might just be a blessing in disguise for everyone. It& #39;s high time we work towards achieving those goals we stalled.
I know you might be thinking but things have changed? Well Yes, and you& #39;re allowed to do same, adapt to the situation! Re-evaluate, if need be. We are here to achieve this with you!!
So how might you be able to do this? We& #39;ve got you,
Here are some tips to help put your time at home to good use and make things feel less crazy.
Journaling: I know what you& #39;re thinking, journaling? Yes, journaling. When you feel overwhelmed, what better way to ease yourself than putting it down in words? You can also outline your tasks for the day and review them at the end of that day.
Put together a workspace: Your environment affects your productivity. You should set aside a part of your house-preferably somewhere with good lighting- for work or study that helps position your mind. Decorate if it helps you feel more comfortable. The space is yours.
This could also be a good time to learn new things and discover ourselves, so reading one or two blogs that could help guide you through this might be handy.
