Good day everyone, please i need y’all help with this. I woke up this morning to a series of sad and unfamiliar alerts summing up to more than 60,000 naira from my access bank account.
similar issue occurred last week where i was debited 1,200 but i thought it was ...
some bank charge alert. i called @myaccessbank @accessbank_help repeatedly, i tagged them in tweets and sent them messages on their website. they didn’t give back a single response to me, i’d attach proof of that below.
when i got these debit alerts this morning i rushed to the bank where i was told to call same number that didn’t respond for almost an hour of call. i felt so helpless because i was being stolen from and i couldn’t report to anyone. when i was debited 5 days ago i called...
and did all i could to contact @myaccessbank @accessbank_help to no avail. now i’ve lost 60 thousand naira of my blood and sweat. i really work hard for this money just to wake up and see it gone.
@accessbank_help @myaccessbank YOU HAVE FAILED IN PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS THIS PERIOD OF CRISIS. IF I DO NOT GET A REASONABLE RESPONSE IN THE NEXT 12 HOURS, YOU WOULD BE RIDICULED OPENLY BY ME AND OTHERS IT MIGHT HAVE HAPPENED TO!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, OVER CROWDED, TRASHY BANK.
