Developed countries are using special methods to tackle domestic violence. Someone said the COVID-19 team have good response to calls but they are not uniquely skilled to handle domestic violence cases, therefore forwarding to the police who may be overwhelmed at the moment.
Our judicial, legal and even our medical systems are not prepared for the peculiarity of domestic violence in lockdown.

However prevention is better than cure. Reach out to people via media, educate them to calm down.
