Re #COVIDー19, my friend in France said there "you need printed authorisation to go out, declaring who (birthday & place of birth), why you're going out, where you live (you can't go grocery shopping too far from where you live, 1km is the furthest you can go)". #coronavirus.

If you go out without written authorisation in France you'll get fined and the police there are actually taking their job seriously.
