I do 5k/6k runs every day or every other day (apart from really intense work weeks). Today I upped it to 8k and that's 5miles and I did it in really good paceand am dead pleased with myself and want to share for the first time, because the effects of being a chubby preteen. Go me
Okay well I was going to but the new version of runtastic doesn't work so well for that. I feel great shut up.
due to the kind reactio the original tweet had, I'm going to update this thread with all exercise and mental wellbeing thoughts I have. did a 5K today in exactly 30mins. I'm even gonna be honest because I nearly lied and said 29 minutes there.
