Here's a list of things I have done in the last two weeks to help myself just in case anyone else is feeling anxious:
- stopped watching the news or checking BBC website
- limited the amount I scroll through Twitter reading about ICU experiences

- 3 way video called my friends
- made my therapy space safer
- took the pressure off home schooling and stopped looking at other people's amazing ideas and creations
- baked
- connected with my family 2/
