Here's a list of things I have done in the last two weeks to help myself just in case anyone else is feeling anxious:

- stopped watching the news or checking BBC website

- limited the amount I scroll through Twitter reading about ICU experiences

- listensed to Happy Place podcast

- 3 way video called my friends

- made my therapy space safer

- took the pressure off home schooling and stopped looking at other people's amazing ideas and creations

- baked

- connected with my family 2/

- stopped going out for the NHS clap as the guilt is too overwhelming

- watched a regular box set in the evening for distraction

If I can do these things, so can you.
Small things can make a big difference.
