1. I for one am intrigued that Prof Neil Ferguson has just told @bbcnickrobinson @BBCr4today that no one in the research community ever felt we’d get much more than 15% of the population infected! So what on earth was the infamous herd immunity in absence of a vaccine all about?

3.Well all I can say is that back in mid- March I’d swear I remember the chief scientist say that we were going for herd immunity and looking for 60% of the population to be infected. The gas lights are flickering all over the bloody house.
