Astonishing that firms ( @tchlaw) had disaster recovery plans meaning staff could be deployed (w/in hours) to seamlessly work from home. Why can’t the courts?? Hearings aside, routine processing could be done remotely.

@SCTScourtstribs: What’s plan to move wheels of justice? https://twitter.com/sctscourtstribs/status/1248283322553417728
While courts have been ground to a halt, many legal firms but most importantly the clients they represent are being put under unnecessary pressure and stress (I accept there’ll be more sympathy from public for the clients rather than the lawyers).
Life has not stopped. Save for some sound bite (but welcome) examples of payment holidays, bills still need to be paid. If there’s no justice system to support #debtrecovery, many businesses will fail, and fail fast.

All I ask is @SCTScourtstribs up their game. Use technology.
@Naomi_Pryde saw on LinkedIn you were taking issue to @Lawscot Council. As @RoddyQC so eloquently said in his Note, Scotland needs to address this and fast. The damage will be irreparable if things remain as they are!
