Not much change from the current situation really. I think the main segment they wanted to close down were the 'close contact spraying' ones, like bars, clubs, 'kyabakura', live concert houses, pachinko parlors, mahjong parlors. Also internet cafes, manga cafes (they will ->
find accommodation if requested from ppl who actually live in those internet cafes/manga kissa, estimated to be about 4,000 ppl)

The much debated barbers and hair salons can remain open after all.
Eateries will be allowed to remain open, but only between 9am-8pm (many have closed or gone to takeout only though)
Kind of "yup that is Japan/Tokyo" places that are specifically allowed to remain open, pawn shops, sento (public baths)
Oops, it's 5am-8pm for eateries, and until 7pm for drinking places like izakaya

Tokyo will also give up to 500,000 yen per location (up to 1 mil yen if they have 2 or more locations) to small businesses (this is separate from whatever the central gov't hands out)
