Okay. One of the worst weeks of my life, or at least in a very fucking long time. I& #39;ve been suffering from red, itchy, painful spots burning spots on my skin whenever my room isn& #39;t extremely cold. I dont like to assume on anything but I think I& #39;m allergic to heat and I& #39;m +
In the last 3 days I& #39;ve had I think 12-15 allergic reactions to comfortable temperatures for myself or anyone else and I hate it so much. I only know taking cold showers help, claritin, benedryl, or other medicines do not help and I can& #39;t go to the hospital due to COVID +
Pairing this with a disorder I have and I have myself worrying a lot leading to stress, which leads to sweat, which also seems to set off these heat hives. I am in need of anyones help, if anyone knows how to treat these a lot better than a cold shower or make it less +
sensitive please respond to this thread with your ideas. Until then I& #39;m just gonna do my best to ignore everyone stop myself from stressing over their opinions and hope it helps stop the painful attacks.
take care everyone, goodluck getting valorant beta keys, ttyl.
