/ no one cares but here’s my explanation for why this thread makes sense as axl.

so, we know bc of his horrid childhood he does everything in his power to always have some form of control in every situation, right ?

/and I’m sure on the surface level it seems this thread is doing the opposite, seeing as he’s the target of physical pain. BUT the reason I think it makes sense it because he is still, in a way, in control of the situation. instigating a response,

/having things happen the way he wants it to.

anyway done rambling idk why I feel the need to explain but. I did. I like explaining things abt axl lol
