This entire COVID-19 episode is by no means a good thing, obviously. But it& #39;s an opportunity for all of us to become better at taking care of ourselves and others. Making things to help keep ourselves and our families safer, taking precautions where we didn& #39;t used to. Building a
network in our communities to make sure the vulnerable don& #39;t get forgotten. Start with your neighbors. Reach out. Don& #39;t allow helplessness or despair to set in. Do something small to overcome the enormity of this. Remember what Mr Rogers said: "Look for the helpers." And be one.
