That you have to keep talking.
Your instinct is probably to stop as soon as you start to feel better (I& #39;ve already taken so much from them!), but you need to keep going. You& #39;ve just let off the pressure; you haven& #39;t made progress yet.

That you need to give yourself permission to fall apart, even if it& #39;s a bad time. The point of falling apart is that it happens when it happens.
Sometimes, it& #39;s okay to break into pieces all over your friend& #39;s nice carpet, even when they& #39;re running late.

That you can& #39;t always be okay by the end of it. Sometimes, you need to be Not Okay. Sometimes, you need to be Not Okay for a while. And guess what? That& #39;s okay.

And sometimes, they don& #39;t understand you at all.
But sometimes, you just need someone to give you permission to cry, even if you don& #39;t think you should be crying. And to be nearby incase you need them.
