apropos nothing, I have accidentally quit drinking

sometime in January I realized that I didn’t like drinking at home alone so I only had a drink when I was out with people.

Then, hey! Coronavirus

anyway the last time I had a beer (about a week ago) I was drunk halfway thru & hungover before I’d even finished. The next day I was super down, lowest I’ve felt during the whole quarantine

I have my “virtual happy hour” tomorrow so I put a beer in the fridge tonight in anticipation, thats what spurred this thread /end
