I was upset this morning bc my dog died. He was my loyal, bestfriend. His 14th birthday was in a few days. We shared his last moments together. He looked into my eyes & drew his last breath. We were outside where he loved to smell the air & watch the birds. Gentle sleep my friend

The level of compassion & empathy I’ve seen ppl pour into this thread is mind blowing.
