You don't have to come up with a witty dunk about the mass graves.

Donald Trump's incompetence, corruption, and failure to be a functional human being with any sense of urgency about the lives of other people is why America is putting its dead in mass graves.

There's no joke.

I get it, I do.

I understand looking at what's going on and needing to joke about it because the alternative is wanting to throw up.

Sometimes, something is beyond the pale.

It's good to recognize when that line is crossed.

That we can still feel horror about the ever-degrading function of our society is proof we have not yet lost sight of what we ought to be and, hopefully can yet be.

It is proof we can resort to something other than rage or nihilism.

Don't turn from it, embrace it.
