(2/3) as an assistant some times HC want a loyal, trustworthy person. Sometimes is position driven. And sometimes they don’t care about experience, they just want a hard worker...

(3/3) but I promise you this.... at the end of the day; it’s about the STUDENT ATHLETE. The lives you’re changing as a coach on and off the court. If that doesn’t exude in your character as a coach; I truthfully don’t think you’ll last too long in this profession.
