@HelloMilkbasket Some suggestions:
1. Pls provide delivery agents details of the order being delivered in societies. There are a lot of mixup in the tags of the delivery packets.
2. Can you keep bread packets separate with the flat number stickers? Everytime they get squashed.

I have already got the refund. It's not about the refund. It's about the process. Can you try to make a change? This is happening everytime.

Also another point, in order to minimize interaction, why aren't the delivery executives delivering door-to-door when every other essentials delivery is delivering it at the doorstep.
