1st start by mapping your current process. (Sample process below if you don't have one)
Write down every step starting from when a potential client lands on your site to wrapping up the project, and everything in btwn.

How can you make it easy for ideal clients to book/buy/connect w/ you?
What can you improve or remove?

Are there any email templates you can create to save time?

Test your new process to make sure everything is working as planned.
Then add this to Asana, Trello, Docs, or http://Process.st .
Keep making improvements after you receive feedback from your client or at least every quarter.
