Lactalis informed producers in Idaho they will purchase 10% less milk from them starting May 2.

Similarly to Lactalis, Grande Cheese Company notified their producers that as of this week Grande will only be buying 80% of their average Jan-Mar production. Help available with logistics with temporary alternative markets (e.g. hog farms). I don't have the letter yet.
