There's a terrifying illness going around, and it isn't COVID-19.
It is lack of critical thinking.
I'm not saying that COVID-19 isn't real, that it isn't making people sick, that some areas aren't struggling, or that people shouldn't take precautions to protect themselves.
But when the government steps in and forcibly shuts down the entire country over a disease that has killed far less people than a typical flu season, then things have gone way too far, and it sets a very scary precedent.
None of us should be okay with this.
The mainstream media wants everyone to believe that bodies are stacking up everywhere.
The truth is that hospitals across the country are struggling... not because they are overwhelmed, but because they aren't getting enough business with people afraid to leave their homes,
and with all of the non emergency procedures canceled. Hospital workers are being forced to take pay cuts and reduced hours. This is the sector that should have the most job security during a pandemic!
We now have massive unemployment, which will likely lead to increased mental health issues, drug abuse, crime, and suicide.
Apparently those lives don't matter...
I'm not telling anyone what to do or believe, but don't just take what you're reading in the headlines as fact.
Do your own research. See for yourself what does not add up and does not make sense.
This is a very scary time, and it isn't because of #COVID_19.
