Obscure Pokemon question:
On Bulbapedia, the events of BW are described as happening "at least three years" after the events of Gens 2/4. Some time has clearly passed due to Caitlin aging, but where are they getting the specific "3+ years" figure?
On Bulbapedia, the events of BW are described as happening "at least three years" after the events of Gens 2/4. Some time has clearly passed due to Caitlin aging, but where are they getting the specific "3+ years" figure?
In fact Caitlin's page says her age in HGSS/Pt is 14, then in BW is "17-27." So more specifically, Bulbapedia is claiming the time between Gens 2/4 and Gen 5 is 3-10 years. But where are they getting those specifics aside from just "some time" later?
Their Gen 5 articles says "Black and White occur an unknown amount of time after Generation II and Generation IV." Why does it say unknown here, but 3-10 years elsewhere?
