3/7 From this BBC news report from 29 January.

"The director-general added that the WHO "deeply regrets" referring to the worldwide risk from the virus as "moderate" in three reports last week instead of "high"." https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-china-51299195
6/7 How can the government credibly claim that no one told them how serious a COVID-19 epidemic would be in the UK when the basic facts that tell you this were being reported in the mainstream media as far back as January.?
7/7 It's quite clear from the BBC News report I cite from 29 January that whilst WHO had made an initial mistake in underestimating the seriousness of the threat from this virus, that by 29 January they had corrected this early mistake and said the threat was high.
Read this excellent exposé by @NafeezAhmed which reveals on how our government appears to have given up on trying to contain COVID-19 and is just accepting the death of hundreds of thousands of UK citizens, which is why they're trying to shift the blame. https://twitter.com/NafeezAhmed/status/1248296557130252291
