Little word of advice: If somebody really wants to speak to you, they& #39;ll put in the effort to do so. Trust me, they& #39;ll MAKE time to speak to you...
Another thing: If you notice you& #39;re always the one messaging first/initiating conversation then, I& #39;m sorry, you& #39;re probably not that important to them and they& #39;re replying back to be nice.
Point Three: It& #39;s very easy to have "Yes" men/women in your corner who gas up every breathe you take. When was the last time any of your "friends" truly gave you sincere advice or patterned you?
Point four: When somebody vents to you and tells you their problems, a lot of the time they KNOW you& #39;re not able to help. They don& #39;t want that. Shut up and LISTEN because when the world is going a million miles an hour, a listening+ caring presence is invaluable
Point 5: The only Two you ever need to answer to is Allah and yourself when you look in the mirror. You& #39;ll never be able to control how you& #39;re viewed by others. As long as you do right by yourself and your relationship with God then, with the utmost respect, allow everyone else!
Point 6: My final one for today. Please; EVERYONE be kinder to one another. Been working in psychiatry the last 4 months+ and honestly have been humbled by the life stories of so many of my patients. You have no idea what others are going through and vice versa.
(2/2)- Its so easy to judge and say "Our problems are so bad, noone has it worse" when I can ASSURE you,so many of my patients& #39; stories have brought me to tears. EVERYONE& #39;S STORY IS VALID! Let& #39;s bear those hidden stories in mind the next time we& #39;re jumping to conclusions.
