Following this quarantine period, if we dont see how much society can improve for the better if we move unanimously, thus creating a spark in a potential revolution, we don't even deserve it......
The intimidation makes us lazy. Everything is so deeply embedded; surveillance, accountability, wanting to inspire others to be revolutionary!but the luminary is perhaps a straight and narrow citizen with some nice ideas
For years ive said "if everyone took a month off, we can fix the roads and trains" ive seen parts of BK/Queens/Long Island getting repaved that hadnt been touched since before 2013 ....
Now what if we took it to the next step and even those ppl refused to work bc we demanded chage as a people unanimously. Perhaps not.. bc some bootlicker sees it as pwning the libs or, the inverse, a poor person who NEEDS to survive will gladly work despite looming paradigm shift
Where do we actually go?
Do we even need doctors to violate their oath and say, "you know what? Fuck it. We gotta let these people die and go on strike otherwise society will only stay in favor of them and not us"
Not saying this is what i want, but what else would appear in the textbooks as the impetus for a grand political change.... what we do? Who has the power?
I had mentioned a teachers strike recently. Obviously they "cant" ... but what if they did? Suddenly, officeholders are speeding to appease the middle class? Or will they let us die on the various essential hills
How much longer will we push for what's right (while playing by the rules) yet sigh and say "well we knew it wasnt gonna happen for us anyway" (bc the rules dont apply to them)
