Time for a thread of polls about agoraphobia in the time of #COVID19. I'm looking for respondents with a history of agoraphobia. Will you participate?

(This is an unscientific thread meant to ease my curiosity and perhaps start a few conversations)

If you have ever struggled with agoraphobia, how do you feel this pandemic is impacting your condition? Are you making progress? Regressing? Feeling better or worse?

(There are no wrong answers. We're all responding differently to these strange circumstances)
Do you worry about the effect that social distancing and stay-at-home public health measures will have on your condition/progress?
How much have your routines/activities changed during the novel coronavirus outbreak?
How much time are you spending in places and situations that trigger your agoraphobia (e.g. outside home, in crowds, in enclosed places, on transportation, etc.) compared to a month ago?
Have the measures in place to reduce the spread of the coronavirus impeded your ability to receive treatment or engage in therapy? (e.g. are you experiencing less access to medication, being cut-off from a carer, cancelled/virtual appointments, a pause in exposure therapy, etc.)
Finally, some are predicting an increase in cases of agoraphobia in the general population once things are "back to normal".

None of us can know for sure. But I am curious what people with lived experience of agoraphobia think.

What do you predict?
If you took the time to participate, thank you! I'm not a researcher. I'm just agoraphobic and curious. If you have any other thoughts to add about agoraphobia and COVID-19, leave a comment!
