Staying active while being anxious is dificult however, knowing what is your anxiety like will help you out of it. Find out how it looks like and write it down, move your body and breath. All those emotions of anxiety need some way to get out!
Instead of gluing yourself to the news, try fun things with your family or on your own, if you are alone, stay connected with your loved ones, contact those who you don't talk normally as well. Its good to check up on your friends. connecting with others helps coping with stress.
Creat an schedule, change your routine and adjust it to a life inside, don't fall behind on your work or homewroks, use your spare time to relax, get creative, learn and most than anything show your love.
More than ever its important to talk about anxiety, asking for help is not bad is the first step to love yourself and also show love to your loved ones. If there is a line of mental health assistance in your country and you need professional help, don't be afraid to use it!
