Things I've changed:

1. I don’t use the word "Powwow" "Tribe"
2. I don’t use black people in gifs - this is digital blackface.
3. I don't describe women as hysterical.
4. I'm trying to drop ableist language. You absolute Donut.

I'm not debating any of the above.

5. I use folx instead of folks, I've dropped guys when greeting groups.
6. I have stopped using blind for anon testing - colour blindness for that racial rhetoric.
7. I don't use 'Is it Kosher?' 'Mumbo' and 'Voodoo' out of context.

I'm going to keep adding to this. I have to say thank you to every single one of you that has challenged me in private and in the open. Through challenge, we grow.
