Story time about how awful it is to deal with @ChaseSupport Ultimate Rewards powered by @Expedia

Just passed 5 hours in a chat session to get refunds for flights we booked for our May Cranky Concierge gathering on Maui. All flights were canceled by airline or will be shortly.
I have received multiple emails from Chase (actually @Expedia who handles) saying that flights are canceled, and at least one makes it sound like they have done an incredible service by securing me a credit. See attached. I want my points back, not a credit.
First 40 mins was waiting for an agent, but the rest has been mostly waiting about 10 minutes at a time for each response. So far, only one refund has been processed. That took a couple hours to get. It was a flight on Hawaiian and she had to call them. Finally got it done.
Next up was a flight that hasn't officially been removed from her system yet even though it isn't flying. Ok, I understand. I moved on, but I was pretty angry that she incorrectly told me I'd need to pay a fee to use the credit.
Third up was a roundtrip booking that she said couldn't be refunded because the airline provided an alternative. No it didn't. She somehow thinks the return on May 4, which has yet to officially cancel, counts as an alternative. (Outbound was May 1.) I moved on... anger rising
Fourth up was a flight that was canceled and Chase sent me an email telling me so. Unlike the last one where she just seemed confused, she is straight up lying to me on this one.
She then told me that I requested the flight to be cxld, so it's my fault. I did not. I even checked with American and it was confirmed via the history that there was a schedule change on March 29 with the Kahului flight being canceled and no alternative provided. I moved on.
Last up, a similar one to the one previously. The agent again said we canceled it which is a complete lie. I told her to look further in the history and she said no, we canceled it, we get no refund. How do you argue with that? It's impossible.
I had tried to call earlier to talk to someone, but they won't let you do that unless you travel within 72 hours. I'm going to just have to lie to get in touch with someone who might be capable of following rules. Otherwise, it's time for a @USDOT complaint.
If there's anything good that comes out of this crisis, it will hopefully be that people realize just how poor the @ChaseSupport and @Expedia service is and stop booking through them. That's it. I need a drink.
