Many Conservative Party voters do not associate the defunding of the NHS with the crises it faces. They have individualised the problem because that is the rhetoric spread on their screens, and because individualising issues is the bedrock of British culture.
I’ve seen some blame mismanagement - but moreso blame migrants for taking jobs, and hence do not empathise with people losing their pay - because at least in their minds it is brown, black & Eastern European’s losing cash.
I’ve seen some see the NHS as inherently broken & in need of fixing. But they do not associate that with a lack of funding, but with a system that needs reform...so they think privatising it would make those vital changes. This is obviously a lie propagated by billionaires.
Many times it is the blind reliance (and the continuation of an inherrently British problem) on rich, Etonian posh men to lead them to glory. The Oxbridge frou frou folk are the only ones with the intellectual vitality to take the country forward..
The NHS is fair game if it means protecting white identity, and no matter how we beat around the bush, it always comes down to that: ie. A preservation of the status quo...and a total dislike of change, difference, of colour...the diversity of NHS staff is a huge issue to people.
But moreso a propaganda campaign funded by millionaires to densitiise the public to the NHS has been going on for decades. Yet the public are convinced it is their own intellect that has led them down the path of voting for policies that ultimately benefit only the richest.
And put fundamental infrastructure like the NHS at utmost risk. There is a disconnect that needs to be mended...and you can only do that through engaging Conservative voters because the propaganda of the right in the UK is much more vicious & violent & powerful & convincing...
