Porn will only leave you feeling even more lonely and miserable and will make you drift from your prayer corner (where you draw strength).

If navigating the TL on Instagram or Twitter is getting difficult because of all the "thirst traps" and suggestive content:

"Mute, block or unfollow...!"

Do anything to preserve yourself!

When temptation comes knocking...

Turn to:

- Prayer (God is an ever-present source of Help)
- Scripture reading (Psalm 119 says God's word is the only way to keep pure)
- Reaching out to someone
- Listening to worship music or sermons (Feed the spirit man and starve the flesh.

If it does happen that you relapse...

KNOW THAT GOD STILL LOVES YOU!

Your relapse means nothing if you do not learn from it. Run to Christ and don't look back.

Now the body is not for sexual immorality but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body. And God both raised up the Lord and will also raise us up by His power. Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ?

1 Corinthians 6: 13-15

Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.

I Corinthians 6: 18

Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?

I Corinthians 6: 19 NKJV
