If humans on average can react in 15 frames, but start adding in native PS4 + online input delay— it starts exponentially converting more + more actions from reaction to prediction.

This can completely change mid/high level play making zoning and rushdown harder to deal with. 🤠
You have to start learning what to value out of online matches (experience, matchups, player archetypes, pattern recognition) and not be hard on yourself for the wrong things (execution failing from lag, not reacting to moves, losing in general)
Lacking adaptation is the biggest gatekeeper from mid level players to high level ones.

Your attitude and where you put your energy (being mad on Twitter, refusing to play VS evolving + making active changes) are the main determining factors that will decide how skillful you are
Ultimately, it's your life and you can do whatever you want with it-- efficient or not

However, if your endgame is to be as good as you can get-- it's best to spend your limited time doing efficient things to get better rather than just fucking yourself over
