there isn& #39;t really a binary here between money and numbers. the numbers of people who vote for capitalists are generated by control over the ideological apparatuses- educational, religious, and here most importantly the media. which comes part from money and part from raw power
anyway i think it is correct to continue to locate hope in the reality that the vast majority have an economic interest in socialism while being sober about the fact that capitalists& #39; grip over the minds of most workers is still extremely strong
and to realize that one of their key tactics has always been to give workers a small stake in their success in order to create the illusion of an identity of interests - a political economy of homeownership and 401ks and coddled professionals who see class war as a threat
