I am on hold trying to get food. The wait time is 280 minutes. I'm calling about a $30 error on an order from @farmfreshtoyou I already wrote to them and got a snarky response. Their delivery was 3 days late, and the milk was spoiled because they did not tell...2/6
..me when they would be delivering it & it sat outside for hours. They ignored my second email request completely, so now I am on the phone to wait for almost 5 hours. I'll have to plug my phone in while I wait. Really awful hold music too. (trying to keep my sense of humor) 3/6
I should be sleeping since I'm sick. Also, I would not go through this if the delivery services for food I normally use were available, but they aren't. I'm disabled but Amazon & the others don't care that their customers who have been ordering deliveries online for years...4/6
...now can't get food for them. They don't give us priorities, we are just left to starve or whatever... Please don't tell me YOU can get deliveries from them--I can't. I check over & over throughout the day and have only once in 6 weeks gotten fresh food from them. 5/6
When I first started this thread about being on hold with @farmfreshtoyou the wait time was 232 minutes, every few minutes they add more time. Now we are at 288 minutes. Being disabled is hard, right now it is harder than ever. I need that 30 bucks. 6/6
