I don't get the 'Paxson need to 100% go' mentality. If Karnisovas wants him to stay as an adviser then it's a good move. Pax built a contender here and he'd be an adviser, not making final decisions. But if Karnisovas wants him gone completely, that's the right move

There are dozens of ripple effects to this hire. The entire front office is getting blown up. It's a complete culture change and Michael Reinsdorf should be praised for going outside of the family for this. Karnisovas will have 6 months or more before the Bulls play another game

Lastly, I expect very little change to the roster this offseason. There just isn't much flexibility and with a very uncertain cap situation next season, that's not a bad thing. Top priority will be evaluating RFA's Valentine and Dunn. Big chance for roster change comes in 2021
