The most competent Health Minister of Sindh Azra Pechuho (Zardari's sister) has finally awoken from slumber and I have some observations to share.

Azra (like Murtaza Wahab, Murad Ali Shah and Bilawal Zardari) STILL doesn't know the difference between tests & test kits, since + https://twitter.com/hashim_i/status/1245780980671090688

+ an avg. of 500 tests/day & 12 days worth of tests left = 6K TESTS. 6K KITS would mean 576K tests according to Murad Ali Shah's figure of 96 tests/kit.

Sindh has failed miserably, possibly due to a lack of trying, to increase testing capacity and is now blaming the centre +

+ while Punjab has drastically ramped up their testing capacity from a couple hundred per day to 3100, setting up dedicated labs in order to do so. The other provinces haven't blamed the centre either, despite getting the same treatment as Sindh.

All this begs the question, why is the exemplary province (as we were told by the brightest minds here) struggling despite being under the very competent leadership of Murad Ali Shah?
