Y’all don’t want women to exclusively draw and write for you!
You want MARRIED and/or FUNCTIONAL people to draw and write for you!
When an artist hasn’t had nor wants to have a stable relationship they never learn enough about the opposite sex to actually draw them well.

People often cite manga drawn by women and say, “oh it’s good because it’s drawn by a woman” but we never hear the opposite for guy artists. I think that’s because more guys wind up alone and/or not as functional with relationships as their female colleagues.

Anyone can cook.
And ANYONE can learn proper anatomy and character design and thereby create great works of art!

Critique bad art wherever you find it. And appreciate good art regardless of who drew it and where they come from.
Girls can draw just as good as the boys, and vice versa. Anyone can be a functional and respectful person and draw great art.

I forgot to add: “People who aren’t married but are still functionally healthy about their desires and stuff can still draw and write well.” There. I hope I covered all the bases.
