Are any of my other fellow physicians or just humans who believe COVID is real having a hard time keeping their old parents indoors?? Specifically my Dad. Context...

2/ He’s a 71 yo Black male with past medical history of hypertension (shocker), partial nephrectomy for RCC and RUL lobectomy for SCC, and prior smoker!! (Calm down, I’m not his doctor I can say it)

3/ He’s also an ex-marine (or as he’d say, once a marine always a marine) and ex-fire chief ... so he thinks he’s invincible!

4/ Please, someone tell me wth does Lowe’s have that’s so great? I have zero desire to smell wood chips! But, sweet baby Jesus...my mom says he’s breaking things just to have a reason to go to Lowe’s to “fix” it afterwards.

5/ He’s otherwise a smart man and thinks people going to beaches are crazy... but somehow the idea of him going to Lowe’s every 5 min doesn’t count? If you work at UAB or the Birmingham VA... I’m sorry, I tried!

6/ I’ll take any suggestions... help me
