My daughter is a healthcare worker. On her morning break, she went to the nearby Walmart to pick up something. 1/
They now have the doors cordoned off, with a greeter basically keeping tally of how many people enter. And when she did, the greeter said into his walkie-talkie, "we have a code-red: healthcare worker entering." 2/
My daughter asked, "Am I not supposed to come in?" She was told, go right ahead, but touch as little as possible, don't engage with anyone, and move quickly." 3/
She was then followed around the store, with someone ready to disinfect anything she touched. I guess they were also watching to see if she sneezed or anything. 4/
They had a cashier waiting to open up a new register just for her when she got her 2-3 items. And they walked with her, a few feet behind, all the way until she left.

This is not a complaint thread. I think it is amazing. 5/
Other local businesses are following Walmart's lead, I've noticed. I haven't gone shopping with my daughter during her work breaks, but I have seen the measures being taken. It's being taken very seriously here. It's probably a big reason why we've not needed a full lockdown.
