I& #39;m thrilled to announce that this coming academic year I& #39;ll be joining the faculty of @BUWheelock and @bu_economics, as both an associate professor education and of economics.
I& #39;m excited about this for three reasons:
I& #39;m excited about this for three reasons:
First, I& #39;ll be joining a remarkable community of @BU_Tweets& #39; existing education and labor economics scholars, including among others @MarcusAWinters, Kevin Lang, @DanielePaserman and Johannes Schmieder.
Second, joining me at @BUWheelock will be two amazing new assistant professors, @abacherhicks and @OliviaLChi!
Andrew and Olivia do rigorous, quantitative work in education policy, with particular expertise in teachers and education-crime linkages. I& #39;m psyched to work with them.

Third, along with Andrew, Olivia, Marcus and others, I& #39;ll be helping deepen @BUWheelock& #39;s education policy offerings.
More broadly, I& #39;ll help BU become even more of a hub for economics of education work.
Stay tuned for details on this front!

Finally, let me add I& #39;ve been grateful for my time at @BrandeisU. It& #39;s a fantastic place to work, full of smart, kind faculty and students.
I& #39;ll tweet more later about some of my current colleagues& #39; fascinating work. I will miss them deeply.
