Why the epicenter of the disease (Wuhan) had a problem identifying a patient Zero around the time many patients began showing symptoms.
I am careful not to share some of my other opinions here so as not to be misconstrued but if we do more epidemiology study and evolutionary typing of the strains around here we should find more answers.
